What does that mean? It means Every Month I'll do the following:

• Remove viruses, spyware and Malware

• Install Program Updates

• Install Device Driver Updates

• Install Windows Updates

• Backup Verification (provided you have a backup solution)

• Computer Optimization for a Speedy Start-Up

Here's How it Works:

Every month I will email you to set a time for me to connect to your computer using LogMeIn to perform the computer maintenance. I will leave a note on the computer desktop when I am done.

The first service will take 3-6 hours depending on how "congested" your computer system is. Afterwards, each session takes about two hours. You cannot use your computer during this time but you can watch what I'm doing and you can disconnect me at any time.
